Overview
Join Novartis in the role of Sales Representative within the Immunology field, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position involves working closely with healthcare professionals to provide impactful healthcare solutions through face-to-face and digital interactions. You will be responsible for executing territory plans and achieving sustained sales growth by leveraging insight-driven and compliant engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed targets for sales, market share, and territory performance.
- Cultivate trusting relationships with healthcare providers by engaging through relevant in-person and virtual channels.
- Implement brand and campaign strategies using approved clinical data and product messaging.
- Utilize customer insights, CRM systems, and omnichannel tools to prioritize accounts and tailor engagements effectively.
- Collect and communicate customer, market, and competitor intelligence to enhance business strategies.
- Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Medical to meet customer and patient requirements.
- Manage forecasting, record keeping, territory resources, and expenses with precision and accountability.
- Conduct all activities in alignment with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related area.
- Minimum of two years’ proven success in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related sales roles.
- Preferably experienced in biologics or Immunology product portfolios.
- Demonstrated success in customer relationship management and territory oversight.
- Proficient with data analysis, CRM platforms, and digital communication channels for enhancing customer interactions.
- Strong capability to present product and clinical information in a clear and trustworthy manner.
- High ethical integrity and a strong commitment to compliant and responsible business conduct.
