Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate recruitment and selection processes to support organizational growth within trades and mining sectors.
- Recruit for various roles including mechanical positions (e.g., Heavy Duty Fitters, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers), operations roles (e.g., Mobile Plant Operators, Jumbo Operators, Bogger Operators, Truck Drivers, Nippers), drilling positions (e.g., Drillers, Offsiders, Sample Technicians, Supervisors, OH&S personnel), facilities maintenance (e.g., Carpenters, Electricians, Refrigeration Mechanics), and facilities management roles (e.g., Chefs, Kitchen Hands, Cleaners).
- Create and manage targeted advertisements on appropriate job boards and social media channels relevant to each sector.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, coordinate interview schedules with clients, and ensure ongoing candidate engagement.
- Maintain candidate pools and perform market research to identify talent locations and expectations.
- Update and manage the internal database with relevant candidate notes and details.
- Accompany management on site visits including Perth and remote locations for inspections related to site operations and occupational health and safety.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients, aimed at outstanding service delivery.
Candidate Profile and Required Skills
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably within mining, trades, facilities management, maintenance, oil & gas, engineering, or related fields.
- Highly organized with a task-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, capable of autonomous decision-making and initiative-taking.
- Strong work ethic with high professional and ethical standards in people management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software.
