About the Role
We are looking for a committed and knowledgeable Programme Manager to oversee our Crowdsourced Vulnerability Discovery Programmes based in Singapore. This position demands strong leadership capabilities, analytical thinking, and enthusiasm for advancing cybersecurity with innovative approaches.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience managing IT or technology projects or programmes, preferably with experience in bug bounty, vulnerability disclosure, or related cybersecurity initiatives.
- Proficient project management abilities for planning, execution, and oversight of programme activities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in vendor and contract management, including monitoring deliverables and service levels.
- Comfortable handling data to monitor programme metrics and generate management reports.
- Proven capability to suggest and enact process improvements, utilizing AI-assisted development tools or government-approved platforms to optimize operations.
Preferences
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM).
- Knowledge of vulnerability management, penetration testing, or bug bounty schemes.
- Prior experience working with or in the public sector.
