Outsystem Architect

Overview

Tap Growth AI seeks an experienced Outsystem Architect with over eight years of expertise to enhance our team in Singapore. This role demands deep knowledge of OutSystems platform architecture and development to efficiently produce high-quality applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect sophisticated OutSystems applications adhering to established best practices.
• Guide the development team throughout all project phases, from analyzing requirements to final deployment.
• Establish and uphold architectural standards, frameworks, and guidelines within projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and convert them into suitable technical designs.
• Mentor junior developers and team members in OutSystems development methodologies.
• Keep current with the latest OutSystems updates and technologies, applying these to improve functionality and user experience.
• Conduct thorough code reviews ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee integrations of external services and systems into OutSystems applications.
• Provide technical leadership during Agile/Scrum processes and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient with OutSystems 11 and OutSystems Development Center (ODC).
• Comprehensive understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, alongside relational database management.
• Knowledge of .NET framework for crafting custom code in OutSystems.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable, highly available applications.
• Focused on security protocols and adheres to secure coding standards.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in problem-solving and debugging.
• Effective written and verbal communication, facilitating collaboration across diverse teams.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Client collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Leadership abilities paired with excellent communication competencies.
• OutSystems certification at Associate or Professional level is strongly favored.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantageous bonus.
