About the Role

Centre Point Foods is expanding its Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) product range, seeking a motivated Production Executive to oversee their production activities at the Butibori facility in Nagpur.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production processes for RTE and RTC food items.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards including FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO certifications.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials and packaging along with effective manpower deployment.

  • Compile production documentation and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience in food processing, preferably with RTE or RTC products.
  • Deep understanding of food safety regulations and production methodologies.
