About the Role
Centre Point Foods is expanding its Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) product range, seeking a motivated Production Executive to oversee their production activities at the Butibori facility in Nagpur.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production processes for RTE and RTC food items.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards including FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO certifications.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and packaging along with effective manpower deployment.
- Enhance operational efficiency, minimize product waste, and uphold product quality standards.
- Compile production documentation and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in food processing, preferably with RTE or RTC products.
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations and production methodologies.
