Key Responsibilities

• Design, construct, and launch user-focused MVPs rapidly employing iterative validation to assess ideas and user benefits.
• Create applications and product features that make AI-based tools accessible and practical for end-users.
• Build integrations and connectors to interface with external data sources such as health platforms, electronic health records, and biological databases.
• Convert intricate, uncertain AI results into clear, concise, and actionable user interfaces.
• Prototype new product ideas, validate hypotheses with users, and iteratively refine solutions based on feedback.
• Own application development, allowing core AI research teams to concentrate on system capabilities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and architecture decisions through to deployment and ongoing enhancements.
• Address technical uncertainties by devising functional solutions amid evolving technologies and incomplete specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with both technical and product teams to recognize opportunities and deliver impactful user experiences.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of building and launching products actively used by customers or end users.
• Expertise in full-stack engineering, especially strong frontend development and focus on user experience.
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping, iterative development, and delivering production-quality applications.
• Experience handling complex, inconsistent, or insufficiently documented APIs and external data integrations.
• Strong product intuition with an emphasis on addressing user needs beyond solely technical challenges.
• Adaptability to ambiguous work environments with shifting priorities and rapid iteration cycles.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, user-intuitive interfaces.
• Experience with interfaces related to AI or machine learning systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with healthcare APIs, health data platforms, fitness trackers, or personal analytics is a plus.
• Interest in biology, health technology, artificial intelligence, or emerging scientific applications is desirable.
• Background or skills in design, particularly strong UI/UX capabilities, add value.
