Key Responsibilities

• Participate in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities involving founder-led enterprises.
• Engage directly with seasoned investors to support deal flow and transaction execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 3 years of professional experience in investment banking.
• Demonstrate solid transactional expertise in M&A activities, particularly within business services, consumer services, and industrial sectors.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to Los Angeles.
