About the Role
We are collaborating with a well-established private investment firm based in Los Angeles that focuses on lower middle-market companies. This firm partners closely with founders and family-owned businesses primarily within the business services, consumer services, and industrial sectors. Recognized for a long-term and partnership-oriented investment approach, the company offers a hands-on experience for analysts across the entire investment process within a small, cohesive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities involving founder-led enterprises.
- Engage directly with seasoned investors to support deal flow and transaction execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 1 to 3 years of professional experience in investment banking.
- Demonstrate solid transactional expertise in M&A activities, particularly within business services, consumer services, and industrial sectors.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Los Angeles.
