This position allows you to care for infants and toddlers in their homes without transport responsibilities or extensive household duties beyond tidying your activity areas.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide attentive in-home child care, focusing on safety and engaging age-appropriate educational activities based on your observations of the child's development stage.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment related to your childcare activities.
• Cater to children ranging from infants to toddlers, with a particular demand for care of children under two years old.

Compensation and Benefits

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience working with children is essential, including infants.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to different family homes within the service area.
• Availability to work any three or more weekdays in 6 to 8 hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness toward the staffing supervisor, alongside a positive and cheerful attitude when interacting with families.
