Overview
At Google, we believe true solutions benefit everyone globally. As an Outreach Program Manager, you will be entrusted with leading intricate and diverse projects from conception to completion. Collaborating with various teams, managing schedules, risk identification, and communication across multiple offices and time zones are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute a spectrum of virtual and face-to-face recruitment events across the EMEA region, ranging from large conferences to exclusive dinners geared towards attracting top talent.
- Collaborate with numerous internal stakeholders such as recruiting teams, pipeline excellence groups, employment branding, HR operations, and senior leadership to synchronize hiring goals and ensure smooth event delivery.
- Measure and report on event performance and return on investment using company dashboards and data tools; maintain data accuracy and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the Employment Brand team to develop appealing recruitment materials including social media content, flyers, QR codes, and videos to increase candidate attraction.
- Oversee event and program budgets, managing vendor relationships, ordering promotional items, and ensuring all expenses are accurately tracked and reconciled.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in event management, recruitment, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in talent attraction, employer branding, or recruitment marketing, especially focusing on events.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects within dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Experience handling budgets and working with external vendors.
- Understanding of the EMEA technology talent market.
- Data-driven problem-solving capabilities to assess program success and steer strategy.
Additional Information
This position is based in Dublin, Ireland. Compensation ranges between €84,000 and €86,000 annually, accompanied by a 15% bonus target, equity options, and comprehensive benefits.
