About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Handyperson to join our engineering and maintenance team at our Melbourne location, located at 205 Collins Street, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and upkeep tasks throughout the property including guest rooms and public spaces
• Assist the Engineering and Maintenance department with various operational duties
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, providing engaging and inspiring service experiences
• Carry out timely repairs on building fixtures and equipment
• Build strong relationships with guests to deliver memorable and distinctive experiences encouraging future visits

Candidate Profile

• Possess relevant background in general maintenance or property upkeep, preferably within hotel, facility, residential, or commercial settings
• Hold valid working rights in Australia
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for personal and career development
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Approach challenges with innovative solutions and a positive, can-do mindset
