Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to join our client's project on a contract basis. This remote role focuses on enhancing supply chain processes and documentation to support the training of advanced AI systems. Your specialized logistics knowledge will directly impact how AI models learn and operate, with no prior AI experience necessary. Proficiency in English and a sharp analytical approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and assess logistics documents like packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for accuracy, authenticity, and adherence to industry standards.
- Create annotated examples of logistics documentation demonstrating best practices in the field.
- Analyze current supply chain workflows and recommend enhancements grounded in practical experience.
- Provide in-depth feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on the structure of documents and optimization of processes.
- Work closely with project teams to clarify complex logistics concepts, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Engage in quality checks by validating the accuracy and relevance of supply chain datasets.
- Assist in developing training materials that embody industry standards and address complex supply chain challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of practical experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially involving key documents such as packing lists and bills of lading.
- Thorough understanding of logistics operations, documentation processes, and international supply chain dynamics.
- Strong command of English to communicate technical information clearly.
- High attention to detail when auditing and generating supply chain documentation.
- Demonstrable analytical ability to identify and implement process improvements in logistics environments.
- A master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or closely related disciplines is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while consistently producing timely, high-quality results.
