Role Overview

Located onsite in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, this full-time Information Technology Recruiter role requires managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical job openings. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through job boards and professional networks, conducting initial technical and behavioral evaluations, maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, negotiating job offers, and facilitating onboarding processes. Regular collaboration with hiring managers and contributing to refining recruitment strategies is essential.

Key Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in managing full-cycle recruiting and hiring processes.
• Strong capabilities in IT and technical recruitment to fill varied technology positions effectively.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management techniques.
• Experience with US or international recruitment including working across different time zones is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments and juggle multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job portals, and professional networks.
