Position Overview

This role is centered on delivering an exceptional and memorable guest experience beyond just standard check-in and check-out services. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to address a variety of guest needs throughout their stay, ensuring each interaction feels engaging and part of the overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively provide a wide range of guest services, including responding to requests and facilitating operational activities.
• Guide guests by offering information about the hotel's amenities and local highlights.
• Complete necessary reports and documentation related to guest services and operations.
• Maintain a safe working environment, follow company policies, and uphold confidentiality and quality standards.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Physically handle tasks such as standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, and moving objects up to 10 pounds independently.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications needed.
