Position Overview

This role is centered on delivering an exceptional and memorable guest experience beyond just standard check-in and check-out services. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to address a variety of guest needs throughout their stay, ensuring each interaction feels engaging and part of the overall experience.

Responsibilities

Proactively provide a wide range of guest services, including responding to requests and facilitating operational activities.
Guide guests by offering information about the hotel's amenities and local highlights.
Complete necessary reports and documentation related to guest services and operations.
Maintain a safe working environment, follow company policies, and uphold confidentiality and quality standards.
Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
Physically handle tasks such as standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, and moving objects up to 10 pounds independently.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
No licenses or certifications needed.
