Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination of ground handling tasks ensuring seamless operations at the airport.
- Assist passengers during check-in and facilitate baggage claim procedures effectively.
- Handle front desk operations including greeting and assisting passengers and visitors.
- Accurately enter relevant data into computer systems to maintain updated records.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support at the reception area.
