Key Responsibilities

• Visiting client sites to evaluate, diagnose, and repair various furniture, including upholstery, leather, and wooden pieces
• Carrying out meticulous repairs aimed at first-visit resolution and high-quality standards
• Generating precise reports and timely submission of work details
• Promoting furniture care products as suitable
• Maintaining professional standards for company tools, equipment, and vehicle
• Providing constructive feedback to aid continuous service improvements

Candidate Expectations

• Must be 18 years or older with a full UK driving licence, allowing up to six penalty points
• Experience in hands-on repairs relating to furniture, wood, or leather craftsmanship is essential
• Comfortable working autonomously in customers' premises
