Key Responsibilities

Visiting client sites to evaluate, diagnose, and repair various furniture, including upholstery, leather, and wooden pieces
Carrying out meticulous repairs aimed at first-visit resolution and high-quality standards
Generating precise reports and timely submission of work details
Promoting furniture care products as suitable
Maintaining professional standards for company tools, equipment, and vehicle
Providing constructive feedback to aid continuous service improvements

Candidate Expectations

Must be 18 years or older with a full UK driving licence, allowing up to six penalty points
Experience in hands-on repairs relating to furniture, wood, or leather craftsmanship is essential
Comfortable working autonomously in customers' premises
Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
