About the Role
As a Field Recruiter at Swiggy Instamart, you will be at the forefront of executing recruitment strategies directly in the field to support filling high-volume, hourly, and technical roles within designated geographic areas in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Your role centers on engaging with community resources and talent pools to build robust hiring pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement active recruitment techniques by sourcing candidates in assigned territories through direct, field-based approaches.
- Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with local career centers, vocational schools, community groups, veterans' organizations, and employment agencies to enhance candidate sourcing.
- Plan, participate in, and facilitate hiring events such as job fairs, off-site recruitment drives, open interviews, and pop-up hiring initiatives to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Perform initial candidate screenings via phone, virtual, or in-person interviews to assess qualifications, availability, and cultural fit.
- Provide candidates with guidance through various stages of the recruitment process, including interviews, application procedures, background verification, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic and current candidate database to effectively fill both immediate and future hiring demands across multiple locations.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is 21,000 to 28,000 INR.
