Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic Field Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role involves actively sourcing candidates through various field-based activities, facilitating the recruitment process, and maintaining strong relationships with local educational and community institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates via visits to job fairs, campus recruitment drives, walk-in sessions, and community networking events.
• Carry out initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Communicate details about job roles, company policies, compensation, and benefits effectively to candidates.
• Arrange and coordinate interview appointments between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage and update a comprehensive candidate database and ensure regular follow-up with prospects.
• Achieve set recruitment goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with educational bodies, training centers, and local groups to enhance sourcing networks.
• Collect necessary candidate documentation and verify authenticity.
• Compile recruitment analytics and maintain applicant tracking system records accurately.
• Maintain high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Compensation

The remuneration package ranges from 20,000 to 25,000 INR per month.
