Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment within the engineering sector, attracting and nurturing a talent pool suited to client needs.
• Advise clients on role design, market conditions, salary trends, and recruitment strategies to meet talent demands.
• Build strong, proactive candidate pipelines using targeted attraction initiatives and digital outreach.
• Consult with stakeholders to address talent challenges and educate on workforce trends impacting business operations.
• Maintain high satisfaction levels by aligning candidate aspirations with client opportunities, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.
• Establish yourself as a thought leader by sharing insights on recruitment and labor market dynamics across various platforms.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Taleo, Avature, or JobApp is advantageous.
• Specific knowledge or experience within the engineering recruitment field is a plus.
