Role Overview

As a Department Leader (also known as a Team Leader Trainee) based in Kamloops, British Columbia, you will be central to creating an enjoyable, safe, and distinctive shopping environment for customers. Your daily activities will center around leading your department's Team Members in executing store plans and tasks. You will handle inquiries from customers and Team Members by sharing specialized product knowledge, facilitate on-the-job training and skill development, uphold a respectful and secure workplace atmosphere, and oversee loss prevention efforts.
