Key Responsibilities

• Lead captivating "Today at Apple" sessions to maximize customer engagement.
• Ignite enthusiasm and awareness among customers for Apple products and services through various events and programs.
• Create interactive experiences that enable customers to utilize the Apple ecosystem effectively.
• Recommend tailored solutions that address individual customer needs to promote product ownership.
• Guide customers in the setup and configuration of their Apple devices.
• Possess working knowledge of internal support tools to assist customers interested in expanding their technical skills.
• Carry out additional tasks as required, which may include support for customer-facing activities both on and off the sales floor.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere by valuing diversity and engaging in continuous learning about different perspectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Availability to work varied schedules reflecting business demands including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, maintaining consistent attendance in accordance with local laws and accommodations.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or comparable fields.
• Effective communication skills in the local language, both spoken and written.

• Experience in education or public speaking with confidence in addressing live audiences.
