About the Role
Join KPMG Canada's Contingent Labour Office (CLO), where your expertise will help manage external workforce engagements efficiently and compliantly. This role involves working in partnership with internal teams and hiring managers to expedite the engagement of external resources while balancing business needs and reducing risk. You will support operations affecting over 1000 external workers annually from individuals to large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and guide hiring managers on managing engagement with external resources critical for project needs.
- Lead case management processes including intake discussions, vendor system training, due diligence checks, and ongoing communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles to ensure accurate process governance.
- Contribute to process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying issues, and managing change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Respond effectively to queries related to contingent labour via designated communication channels.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experience in case management roles, preferably involving staffing agencies or contingent workforce settings.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is preferred; outstanding communication skills in both languages are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders including senior leadership, external contractors, and internal departments.
- Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle competing priorities in a demanding, fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for continuous process improvement.
- Familiarity with vendor management software (e.g., Flextrack, Beeline) and IT service management tools like ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Post-secondary degree from college or university in a relevant field.
Additional Information
- Location: Option to work virtually from anywhere in Canada with occasional mandatory in-office presence (1-2 days per month).
- Salary range between $55,000 and $82,000 annually, depending on qualifications, location, and experience, with potential for bonuses.
