You will support operations affecting over 1000 external workers annually from individuals to large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and guide hiring managers on managing engagement with external resources critical for project needs.
  • Lead case management processes including intake discussions, vendor system training, due diligence checks, and ongoing communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles to ensure accurate process governance.
  • Contribute to process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying issues, and managing change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Respond effectively to queries related to contingent labour via designated communication channels.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years experience in case management roles, preferably involving staffing agencies or contingent workforce settings.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is preferred; outstanding communication skills in both languages are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders including senior leadership, external contractors, and internal departments.
  • Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle competing priorities in a demanding, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for continuous process improvement.
  • Familiarity with vendor management software (e.g., Flextrack, Beeline) and IT service management tools like ServiceNow is advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Post-secondary degree from college or university in a relevant field.

Additional Information

  • Location: Option to work virtually from anywhere in Canada with occasional mandatory in-office presence (1-2 days per month).
  • Salary range between $55,000 and $82,000 annually, depending on qualifications, location, and experience, with potential for bonuses.
  • KPMG promotes an inclusive and diverse workplace and offers adjustments and accommodations during recruitment to support all candidates.
  • Committed to ethical recruitment practices, KPMG integrates AI tools responsibly to enhance candidate experience but all hiring decisions are made by trained professionals.
