Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our team supporting the Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) sector. This position involves close collaboration with sales teams, advertisers, and various cross-functional partners to implement strategic media solutions that foster growth on the platform. The role demands expertise either from the QSR industry or digital media advertising, with a sharp ability to convert business objectives into scalable advertising programs.
Key Duties
- Build and nurture partnerships with QSR advertisers, agencies, and essential stakeholders.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by thoroughly understanding their goals and suggesting impactful TikTok advertising strategies.
- Craft account plans coordinated with seasonal priorities, new menu initiatives, promotional campaigns, and goals for comprehensive growth.
- Ensure campaign success through detailed planning, hands-on support, performance monitoring, and optimization advice.
- Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Product, Measurement, and Operations teams to provide exemplary client service.
- Offer data-backed insights and post-campaign evaluations to enhance results and encourage deeper client engagement.
- Train clients on platform best practices, audience targeting, creative effectiveness, and measurement approaches.
- Discover opportunities to expand growth in both branding initiatives and performance-driven objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise on the QSR sector, consumer habits, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders in both Arabic and English across the region.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client solutions, account management, digital marketing, advertising, or relevant QSR commercial roles.
- Fluent in English and Arabic communication, both spoken and written.
- Proven background in managing client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting campaign data and providing actionable recommendations.
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Preferred Expertise
- Experience with Quick Service Restaurants, food delivery platforms, restaurant chains, or franchise operations.
- Background in media performance marketing or conversion-focused digital advertising.
- Understanding of auction-based media buying, campaign tuning, attribution, and performance measurement.
- Experience handling enterprise-level or strategic accounts.
- Proficiency in linking marketing outcomes to business metrics such as order volume, customer traffic, app downloads, or sales.
- A consultative mindset capable of influencing both internal teams and external clients.
