The Care Experience Coordinator is responsible for optimizing patient satisfaction and caregiver involvement by managing all facets of caregiver scheduling and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain weekly caregiver schedules that fulfill patient care requirements while limiting unfilled shifts
  • Coordinate timely communications regarding schedule adjustments with direct care teams and families

Qualifications
