Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our expanding team to drive B2B sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business prospects.
- Make outbound sales calls and follow up with potential clients effectively.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Present and clarify company offerings to successfully close sales.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems and update daily sales reports consistently.
- Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proven sales skills.
- Basic proficiency with computers.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or telecalling, ideally six months, is advantageous.
Compensation and Growth
- Monthly fixed salary ranging from 12,000 to 35,000 INR supplemented with attractive incentives.
