As a bus driver, you will engage in diverse daily tasks working locally to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers while maintaining composure in challenging situations.
We are currently hiring a bus driver (m/f/d) for Regionalverkehr Alb-Bodensee GmbH in Isny im Allgäu and surrounding areas. No prior route knowledge is needed; thorough onboarding will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Conduct safe and punctual bus operations in scheduled line and school transportation services.
- Provide passengers with information on schedules, fares, and connection options.
- Sell and verify tickets.
- Inspect vehicle readiness including technical systems before use.
- Ensure cleanliness and order of the vehicle before and after routes.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a professional driver or valid bus driving license class D or DE.
- Valid qualification according to the Professional Driver Qualification Act (BKrFQG), including the code "95" marked on the license or a driver qualification card.
- Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work shifts including night, weekend, and holiday duties.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, flexibility, and reliability.
