Job Overview
Join Aditya Birla Capital Limited as a Branch Relations Officer based in Delhi-NCR focusing on life insurance sales. You'll work primarily on company-provided leads to grow the business and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their life insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Acquire new clients via leads supplied by the company, aiming to generate high-quality revenue.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing customers by identifying further requirements.
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly while ensuring consistent business quality standards.
- Proactively generate new leads through cold calling and implement innovative approaches to expand the customer base.
- Manage customer applications and complaints by coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
- Exercise thorough diligence to avoid unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related fields.
- Local candidates from the Delhi-NCR region preferred.
- Age between 23 and 35 years.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from 25,000 to 47,000 INR.
