Job Overview

Join Aditya Birla Capital Limited as a Branch Relations Officer based in Delhi-NCR focusing on life insurance sales. You'll work primarily on company-provided leads to grow the business and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their life insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
Acquire new clients via leads supplied by the company, aiming to generate high-quality revenue.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing customers by identifying further requirements.
Address and resolve customer queries promptly while ensuring consistent business quality standards.
Proactively generate new leads through cold calling and implement innovative approaches to expand the customer base.
Manage customer applications and complaints by coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
Exercise thorough diligence to avoid unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related fields.
Local candidates from the Delhi-NCR region preferred.
Age between 23 and 35 years.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 25,000 to 47,000 INR.

Additional Information

This role is lead-based, with 100% of leads provided by the company. It requires on-site work and is focused on expanding life insurance-related revenue streams for the company.
