Job purpose
The role is responsible for steering the assigned branch through strong planning, resource management, and execution of sales-driven initiatives. The objective is to meet the agreed business targets while improving the branch’s market presence and brand strength in a cost-efficient manner.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute sales plans that help the branch meet targets related to agent count, agent productivity, new premium, and business persistency.
- Strengthen field-force output by managing people effectively and building a high-performance culture.
- Protect and improve business persistency so long-term business objectives are achieved.
- Build financial discipline within the branch to maintain tight control over revenue and spending.
- Maintain full compliance to support smooth operations and improve overall branch productivity.
- Lead sales promotion efforts to deliver the required business numbers.
- Suggest product and process enhancements that can improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee branch administration so daily functioning remains smooth, efficient, and cost-effective.
