Role Overview

This is a full-time, in-office internship for a BPO voice process role based in Chennai, with opportunities listed for Chennai and Bangalore. The internship runs for 6 months and is intended to begin immediately.

Responsibilities

Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls in a polite and professional manner.
Resolve customer questions, complaints, and service-related requests over the phone.
Share correct details about the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
Follow company call scripts and maintain the required quality standards during every interaction.

Eligibility

Applicants must be able to work full time from the office.
Candidates should be ready to start the internship between 6th Jul'26 and 10th Aug'26.
The internship commitment is for 6 months.
Applicants should have relevant skills and genuine interest in the role.
