Role Overview

This is a full-time, in-office internship for a BPO voice process role based in Chennai, with opportunities listed for Chennai and Bangalore. The internship runs for 6 months and is intended to begin immediately.

Responsibilities

• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Resolve customer questions, complaints, and service-related requests over the phone.
• Share correct details about the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Follow company call scripts and maintain the required quality standards during every interaction.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be able to work full time from the office.
• Candidates should be ready to start the internship between 6th Jul'26 and 10th Aug'26.
• The internship commitment is for 6 months.
• Applicants should have relevant skills and genuine interest in the role.
