Role Overview
This is a full-time, in-office internship for a BPO voice process role based in Chennai, with opportunities listed for Chennai and Bangalore. The internship runs for 6 months and is intended to begin immediately.
Responsibilities
- Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Resolve customer questions, complaints, and service-related requests over the phone.
- Share correct details about the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Follow company call scripts and maintain the required quality standards during every interaction.
