About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Blister Packing Operator to become a part of a respected pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will possess prior expertise in blister packing operations within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and upkeep blister packing machinery to ensure efficient production flow.
• Continuously monitor product packaging quality to align with company standards.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth production processes.
• Adhere to and enforce safety protocols to minimize accident risks.
• Diagnose equipment issues and conduct regular maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and internal company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in blister packing operations or related pharmaceutical production areas.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing protocols and regulatory standards.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong quality assurance skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills facilitating teamwork.
• Proficient in operating production machinery and related equipment.
