About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Blister Packing Operator to become a part of a respected pharmaceutical company. The successful candidate will possess prior expertise in blister packing operations within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and upkeep blister packing machinery to ensure efficient production flow.
- Continuously monitor product packaging quality to align with company standards.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth production processes.
- Adhere to and enforce safety protocols to minimize accident risks.
- Diagnose equipment issues and conduct regular maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and internal company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in blister packing operations or related pharmaceutical production areas.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing protocols and regulatory standards.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong quality assurance skills.
