About the Role
The B2B Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding Airtel's Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services in a designated area. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring sales growth and excellent service delivery across multiple product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed targets for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line service installations.
- Proactively acquire new accounts targeting Data, Voice, and Fixed Line offerings.
- Effectively cross-sell multiple product lines within existing and new customer bases.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline across all three lines of business with clear stages of progression.
- Gather and analyze competitor strategies and customer offerings to inform sales approaches.
- Plan tailored sales tactics based on client segmentations and competitive insights.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to foster customer loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts to optimize revenue outcomes.
- Drive new business growth through upselling and cross-selling to current clients.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of solutions aligned with client requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification of any graduate degree.
- At least one year of experience in B2B sales or relevant field sales roles.
