Role overview
This position is for a polished and confident appointment setter who can engage leads, assess interest, and schedule calls for the sales team. The ideal candidate should communicate professionally, build quick rapport, and handle follow-ups in a timely manner.
Core responsibilities
- Reach out to leads through messages and consistent follow-up.
- Screen prospects to determine whether they are a fit for the sales process.
- Schedule calls and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and current records in the CRM.
- Contribute ideas that improve attendance rates and the quality of booked appointments.
Required profile
- Strong spoken and written English is essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
- Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead qualification is preferred.
- Must be well-organized, dependable, and quick to respond.
- Should present themselves in a professional, persuasive manner during conversations.
Working schedule
The role requires availability during Canadian business hours, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with coverage needed seven days a week on a shift basis.
