Role overview

This position is for a polished and confident appointment setter who can engage leads, assess interest, and schedule calls for the sales team. The ideal candidate should communicate professionally, build quick rapport, and handle follow-ups in a timely manner.

Core responsibilities

Reach out to leads through messages and consistent follow-up.
Screen prospects to determine whether they are a fit for the sales process.
Schedule calls and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and current records in the CRM.
Contribute ideas that improve attendance rates and the quality of booked appointments.

Required profile

Strong spoken and written English is essential.
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead qualification is preferred.
Must be well-organized, dependable, and quick to respond.
Should present themselves in a professional, persuasive manner during conversations.

Working schedule

The role requires availability during Canadian business hours, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with coverage needed seven days a week on a shift basis.
