Accounts Payable Team Lead

About The Opportunity

• Join as an active Accounts Payable (AP) lead on a contract basis with immediate effect.
• Ensure the smooth processing of supplier payments amid a significant company transition.
• Collaborate closely with a skilled AP team of three members to manage daily payables operations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, preferably handling high-volume transactions.
• Proficient in executing payment cycles, supplier account reconciliations, and adhering to month-end deadlines.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, Oracle experience preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrates a calm and organized work approach with an ability to work swiftly without compromising accuracy.
• Prior experience in a team lead or senior AP role is required.
• Knowledge or involvement in process improvements and optimizing manual AP operations is advantageous.
