About The Opportunity
- Join as an active Accounts Payable (AP) lead on a contract basis with immediate effect.
- Ensure the smooth processing of supplier payments amid a significant company transition.
- Collaborate closely with a skilled AP team of three members to manage daily payables operations.
- This position suits individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and take initiative.
- There is potential for extension into a longer-term role depending on mutual fit.
Candidate Profile
- Proven hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, preferably handling high-volume transactions.
- Proficient in executing payment cycles, supplier account reconciliations, and adhering to month-end deadlines.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, Oracle experience preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrates a calm and organized work approach with an ability to work swiftly without compromising accuracy.
- Prior experience in a team lead or senior AP role is required.
- Knowledge or involvement in process improvements and optimizing manual AP operations is advantageous.
