The Grid Technologies business unit focuses on high-voltage direct current (HVDC) technology, grid stabilization, energy storage, high-voltage switchgear, transformers, and digital grid technology. Daily Responsibilities

  • Arrive and consult briefly with the team leader to outline the work steps for the day.
  • Set up machinery using provided parts and manufacturing aids.
  • Initiate and monitor the automatic winding process following prescribed machine programs.
  • Insert parts at specified stops and perform welding and installation of cooling channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine faults promptly or escalate to specialized teams as needed.
  • Adjust machine settings to correct dimensional deviations and document measurement outcomes.
  • Conduct inspections using standard measuring instruments such as lasers and calipers to verify product quality and completeness.
  • Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks as per guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Relevant experience in winding technology or similar industrial areas.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and first aid procedures.
  • Flexibility to work in a rotating shift system, including three shifts.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and specific IT tools related to the job.
  • Good teamwork abilities, fluent German language skills, and capability to manage conflicts effectively.
  • Motivation to take responsibility and pursue continuous professional development.
