Job Responsibilities
- Manage at least two stockists by serving 20-30 retailers assigned to each.
- Recruit new retailers within the designated territory to expand market reach.
- Conduct thorough market scanning by personally visiting all retail counters across the city.
- Drive secondary sales through engagement with retailers.
- Explore business opportunities by visiting raw site locations such as kothi, houses, and IHB sites.
- Collaborate effectively with contractors and masons to promote products.
- Increase sales through site visits to retailers’ construction projects.
- Arrange product samples and organize live demonstrations at site locations.
- Plan and execute in-shop meetings and promotional activities to boost product visibility.
- Communicate ongoing schemes and offers directly to contractors and masons to foster product adoption.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with stockists and retailers to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
