Job Overview

The L2 Transportation Representative acts as the primary point of contact between Amazon and its stakeholders, representing Amazon to seller points-of-contact. This role involves identifying issues, troubleshooting problems with delivery partners, and recommending improvements to existing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and professionally at all times.
• Provide prompt and efficient support to Amazon customers and delivery partners.
• Handle sensitive cases by escalating through the proper channels as needed.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Identify trends and logical solutions to drive process enhancements.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with customers.
• Strong comprehension skills to accurately understand and articulate customer issues.
• Ability to maintain focus on customer concerns until resolution.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
• Proficient typing speed and accuracy.
• Competence in navigating websites and using email applications efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
