Role Overview
The Training Applications & End User Support Specialist based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, plays a key role in enhancing business processes and system usage. This position supports the Country Business Process and Training efforts by improving business framework, system change management, and delivering targeted training for core applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead training initiatives and support for core operational systems and customer-facing applications both onsite and remotely via WebEx.
- Promote standardization and process enhancements in alignment with Integrated Regional Roadmap (IRR) priorities.
- Manage distribution of user release notes, helpful hints, and training manuals to supervisors and end users as necessary.
- Coordinate cross-departmental training requirements with HR, Finance & Control, and Product teams.
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Process Standardization Team (BPST) manager to optimize processes and standardization.
- Design and implement focused, process-oriented training courses.
- Foster a culture of quality, exceptional service, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and nurture organizational knowledge and talent development.
- Contribute positively to team effectiveness and cooperation.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience within DHL Global Forwarding.
- 1 to 2 years experience as a member of a country Business Process Owner (BPO) team.
- At least 4 years of experience managing training programs.
- Strong understanding of local operational realities.
- Familiarity with Global DHL Global Forwarding entities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Management, General Management, or related fields.
