IP Product Development Specialist

We are searching for an IP Product Development Specialist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to spearhead the development and commercialization of Industrial Projects solutions to drive business expansion, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative and competitive logistics solutions tailored to complex project cargo movements including heavy lifts, rigs, wind turbine generators, modules, and BESS units.
• Lead the pricing, proposal management, bid and tender preparation processes developing commercially viable and compliant solutions aligned with market demands.
• Work closely with regional and external stakeholders to ensure operational feasibility and alignment across Industrial Projects operations.
• Utilize advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Power BI to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain stringent attention to detail to guarantee accuracy, risk mitigation, and uphold commercial excellence throughout bid execution.
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-moving environment, delivering quality results within tight deadlines.
• Develop strong collaboration and communication channels with customers, suppliers, and senior leadership through effective negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related fields.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial, or Project Forwarding roles.
• Minimum 3 years of proven expertise in project cargo transportation including breakbulk, RoRo, heavy-lift, and chartering operations.
• Deep knowledge of Industrial Projects logistics, technical handling of complex cargo, chartering principles, commercial terms, and vessel operations.
• Proven skills in proposal management, commercial evaluation, and tailoring large-scale logistics solutions.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative capabilities utilizing Business Intelligence and data analytics platforms.
