About Thompson Child & Family Focus

Thompson has experienced a consistent 20% growth annually over the past five years, and we are expanding our People Operations team with a new Talent Acquisition Specialist role.
Position Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles located across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. This role involves collaborating closely with department leaders to craft accurate job descriptions, strategize effective recruiting methods, oversee candidate screening, and coordinate interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute all stages of recruitment activities.
- Work with managers to develop precise job descriptions and selection criteria.
- Devise and apply efficient sourcing strategies tailored to roles and industry standards.
- Manage job postings, advertising, candidate screening, and prequalification processes.
- Organize interview scheduling and prepare related materials like questions and evaluation tools.
- Encourage community engagement through paid volunteer time off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred, alternatively equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum two years of recruiting experience preferred.
- Prior experience in mental health recruitment is an advantage.
- Creative approach to developing innovative recruitment strategies.
- Strong motivation to contribute to a growing organization.
- Open-mindedness and respect for diverse cultures and individuals served by the organization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range from $50,000 to $58,000.
- Three weeks of paid time off during the first year plus ten paid holidays.
