Role Overview
The Supply Chain Operations Associate will play a critical role in the Replenishment team by managing and updating vendor details within Blue Yonder/JDA systems through the Arrowstream application. This includes ensuring vendor setup information is precise and current, evaluating situations to make informed decisions on non-compliant loads, and selecting appropriate corrective actions. The role also involves processing drop shipments and service requests using Salesforce, assisting the Sales department in order fulfillment, and identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Fulfillment in this context refers to the complete process of managing customer orders—ensuring products are correctly picked, packed, and delivered promptly. This encompasses inventory control, logistics coordination, and maintaining timely delivery to meet customer expectations. Additionally, the associate will support the design, implementation, and optimization of best practices across order management processes from order creation to fulfillment and financial settlement. This includes tasks like order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice reconciliation, inventory promise accuracy, provisioning services, and activation of billing, as well as managing distributed order systems for both online and physical networks.

Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation in any discipline.

- Experience with Blue Yonder-JDA, Procurement Application (Prism), and Arrowstream is highly preferred.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
